Teresa Gala grew up in the heart of Spanish upholstery, in a home where leather and fabrics were an integral part of daily life. From the age of nine, she was already transforming scraps of fabric from the family business into small coin purses, thus beginning a unique relationship with craftsmanship. What started as a childhood game became her vocation, and after years of learning and working within the family business as co-director, she decided to bring GALA to life, the brand she had envisioned since childhood.
